The Thirst is a 2006 American horror film directed by Jeremy Kasten.
Recovering drug addicts Maxx (Matt Keeslar) and Lisa (Clare Kramer) are persuaded by vampire clan leader Darius (Jeremy Sisto) to give up their humanity and join him as vampires. They do so, but then give up the vampire's blood addiction - the Thirst. After enduring the withdrawal symptoms, the couple turns against the band of vampires who made them, and destroys them one by one. In the end, Maxx and Lisa commit suicide by intentionally waiting for sunrise.
The film uses many gallons of blood in gorey group-feeding scenes. Some frontal nudityThis text has been derived from The Thirst (film) on Wikipedia and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License 3.0
